Never miss a booking while you’re driving

When you sign up you get your own online booking link. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Business Profile or your website, and customers can book you day or night — even when you can’t pick up the phone. Phone and WhatsApp requests can be added manually, and everything lands in one calendar.

02

Look like a bigger company

Customers receive a booking confirmation by SMS straight away, an alert as you approach the pickup and a professional invoice when the trip ends. That consistency builds trust and repeat business, without extra admin for you.

03

Pay only when you earn

There is no monthly subscription. You pay a $2 booking fee for up to 100 bookings a month, so a quiet week costs you nothing. It is professional software priced for a one-car business.

Individual Chauffeurs FAQ

Is Charter Drive worth it if I only have one car?

Yes. Charter Drive was designed for solo chauffeurs as much as fleets. There are no setup or monthly subscription fees — you pay a $2 booking fee for up to 100 bookings a month, so your costs only grow when your business does.

Can I take bookings while I’m on a job?

Yes. Your online booking link takes bookings around the clock, and you get an instant notification on your phone. You can review and accept the booking when it is safe to do so.

Do I need a card reader to take payments?

No. Tap to Pay turns a compatible iPhone or NFC-enabled Android phone into a contactless payment terminal, so customers can tap their card or phone to pay at the end of the trip.
